Does it cost anything? No. Compare Propane is free for propane customers.
Why do I need to give my information? We need your information to securely send it to our pre-certified dealers so that they can reach out to you and bid for your business. We will not give your information to any third parties.
Why do you need to know what I use the propane for or what my approximate annual usage is? This information helps our pre-certified propane dealers give you the proper price quote.
I filled out the form, but nothing is happening. What should I do? After you fill out the form and hit “Submit Now” you will receive a confirmation that you entered everything properly. Once you see that, rest assured that we have securely sent your information to pre-certified propane dealers in your area. The only thing that you need to do at this point is to sit back and wait to be called or emailed by the dealers who will start to bid for your business.
How many dealers will reach out to me? Normally up to four propane dealers will bid for your business.

How do I find out if you service my area? Fill out the form and if we do not currently service your area, you will receive a message. Please note that we are always looking for worthy dealers in new areas. So, if we don’t have any dealers in your area right now, there is a good chance that we will connect with one in the future.
I responded to a dealer’s bid and now they won’t get back to me. What should I do? This doesn’t typically happen, but if it ever does, we want to know. Send us an email and we will reach out to the dealer to see what is going on. Even though Compare Propane is not responsible for the relationship between dealers and consumers beyond the initial introduction, we want to make sure that our customers are taken care of and are happy with the bidding process.
